Data Entry (Excel)

list of 2,000 contacts handwritten one per sheet like or similar to the one shown in the PDF attachment for data entry into excel. The format is shown in the XLS and it can be used as your template. The XLS has the headings for each field. The job is needed in 1-2 days.
We're also looking for someone to do this long term for us... We need about 10,000 to 25,000 done per month.
