Description
Experience Level: Expert
I have a spreadsheet with 558 contacts in containing information about financial advisers (small sample attached). I need the following...
1. Remove any 'Limited', 'Ltd', or 'LLP' designation in the company name
2. Find the email address of the individual contacts. This can be done by looking up the indvidual's firm on the FCA register here https://register.fca.org.uk/ and usually you can find an example of an email address belonging to one of the individuals in the firm...just copy the same format. Another source you can use is simply googling / finding information from the company's website etc. This is the hardest / most time consuming part.
3. Change the addresses so that all of the address (but not the City or Postcode) appear in the same cell, separated by commas...eg 'The Grange, 106 Penfold St, Sidminster' and then the City and postcode would be in separate cells as they are now.
