To add a bulk batch of candidates to a recruitment database. Approximately 2000 to be added - accurately!
We are a fashion retail recruitment firm that are now becoing well-established. As a result, we have started to use an online database which can be remotely accessed from anywhere. Therefore, all CV's which we have received from the last 2 years need to be added to the database accurately. Its a very easy to use piece of software and one of the best I have seen. The most important data would be location, job role held, contact details, social media links and tag words/skills - there is no room for inaccuracy here!
Anyone who has experience would take preference over data entry clerks.
This would be REGULAR, ONGOING work - perhaps half a day a week.
I also need my expenses and accounts sorting on a monthly basis so this would be part of the overall project. I am not looking for an accountant - just spreadsheets to send on to my accountant.
