Data entry and file naming on Google Sheets and Dropbox

I am looking for an admin expert who can help me TODAY with the following tasks:

- Looking up dates on an Excel spreadsheet
- Creating blank files in Google Drive
- Renaming files in Google Drive
- Taking image files in DropBox and compiling them into PDF documents

If this goes well there will be lots of other admin areas that I could do with support for.

I'm based in the UK so would ideally work with someone who works UK hours.
