Data Entry

I have a spreadsheet of 2422 email address and names that I would like copy and pasted manually into a shopping cart system. The spreadsheet supplies the information in 3 fields, email address, first name and last name. The destination record will need the email address, full name, and one option box ticked.

Ideally this task should be spread over several days adding no more than 200 records per day.
