Data collecting and list building

We want to compile our own list of various hospitality venues such as Country House Hotels, Wedding Centres and Outdoor Activity Centres. The process is looking at websites that groups them, then going to the individual websites, looking for their Contact email addresses and then listing five categories of information on a spreadsheet. The person required will be very proficient in using computers and in creating spreadsheets. It does not require expert level computing nor any programming. It requires someone who is diligent, methodic and efficient.
