Data Analysis, PPT Charts and Tables

Description of excel work: We require an URGENT piece of analysis and chart creation. Ideally to be completed by Sunday 26th November.

Analysis 1: Analysis of Company Recruitment Data
- we have a spreadsheet of organisational recruitment data that needs to be cut and presented by specific fields
- there are 15 key data categories (business units), within this there are 6 views of recruitment data that we want to see
- we need to create a table for each of the 6 views within each of the 15 categories ( 6 x 15 tables). there is a % small calculation required for each table.
- we then need to create a graph for each of the 6 views within each of the 15 categories ( 6 x 15 graphs)
- we then need to consolidate all 6 charts for each category on to one PPT slide (15 slides, 6 charts per slide)
- and consolidate all 6 tables for each category on one PPT slide (15 slides, 6 tables per slide)
- total of 30 slides

Analysis 2: Age demographics
- we have a spreadsheet of employee age data data that needs to be cut and presented by specific fields
- total view: create 7 charts from 7 data tables. Put charts and summary data table into PPT slide
- regional view: create 7 charts from 7 data tables for 7 regions. Put charts and summary data table into 1 PPT slide for each region (7 slides)
- business unit view: - create 7 charts from 7 data tables for 10 business units. Put charts and summary data table into 1 PPT slide for each business unit (10 slides)
