Customer service assistant for online shopify

A friendly online store selling heels and clothing / Biz starter into 3rd year.

We are looking for virtual support spread across the day as its not busy, ideally it will suit someone who is working as a virtual assistant but as a call centre business model.

1) Cover customer service emails, pay order invoices and do returns - 1 hour max a day
2) Be logged into live chat - this can also be set up on your mobile to respond - average chats a day 2 to 3 currently
3) Check fulfillment delays with the suppliers and update customer by email.

We already have a call centre that takes a few calls a week as they cover out of hours and then pass on the messages to customer service to respond to.

The price I have listed is monthly based on shared services and only requiring about 1 to 2 hrs condensed work across the day.

Ideally UK based.
