Customer service and bookkeeping

We are a new dance company and agency that provides street and cultural dance services. We run dance classes, workshops, and events as well as provide our services to businesses.

We want someone to help us respond to emails, send emails to parents of our dance school, and monitor and reply to messages coming on WhatsApp. The main task will be to monitor our bookkeeping/ attendance document and contact parents to boost attendance and remind them when payments are due. The second task will be to invite new parents to attend free trials and to record attendance. We would like to offer one day a week or a couple of hours per week in the morning ideally.
