Creative admin assistant for wedding photographer

I am seeking an organized and creative administrative assistant to provide support for my wedding photography business over the next two months. The role requires approximately six hours of work per week and involves tasks such as email management, digital maintenance, social media upkeep, and client relationship coordination.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills and initiative to sort client inquiries, respond to general emails, and create to-do lists using the Client Relationship Management platform 17hats. Experience using social networking platforms like Facebook and Instagram is necessary to update business pages and engage with followers. Some basic graphic design understanding or experience would be beneficial for creating visually appealing social posts typically using Canva.

Additionally, maintenance and updates of my Squarespace website are required on an as-needed basis. This may include adding new wedding galleries, ensuring contact information is up to date, and keeping the site optimized for searchability. Above all, the ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to effectively manage my busy schedule and streamline communication processes.

Working independently yet collaboratively, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience assisting a small business owner. The flexible six hour weekly time commitment allows for a work-life balance while helping to grow my wedding photography business through improved organizational systems and customer service. Creativity, initiative, strong technical skills are ideal in a candidate.
