Create Professional Excel Dashboards

I've got a bunch of business data sitting in spreadsheets right now but no real way to see the big picture at a glance. I need someone to turn it into a clean, easy-to-read dashboard I can actually use for decisions - not just pretty charts, something functional.

Duties
- Review the raw data and figure out the best way to structure it
- Build a dashboard with the key metrics I care about, clearly laid out
- Make it interactive where it makes sense (filters, dropdowns, etc.)
- Keep it simple enough that I can update it myself going forward
