Create easy read visual document/presentation from statistics

I need some admin assistance turning our raw data (excel format) on client demographics to create an easy read visual document that shows the demographic make up of our clients. This will be used at our annual business planning day on the 25th of October to show Trustees who our clients are and help them plan for their specif needs.

This will need to be completed by the 18th of October at the latest.

I do not need anything too fancy, and the format isn't a sticking point as long as its easily accessible without the need for specialist software.
