Copy and Paste TinyURL to Actual URLs

I have 2052 TinyURL's that I need the full-length URL for in an excel document along with the document date and document author (all within the top heading page of the .pdf document)

I require:

- The supplied TinyURL will go to an online .pdf document, I need this document URL added into the excel sheet, along with the document date and the document author.

- From within this document in the top heading will be another TinyURL, I need this copying into the excel document along with its final destination URL (which will be to our private forum or our private LinkedIn group).

There will be a total of 2052 (or likely slightly less) TinyURL's to work on.
I need this fairly urgently and needs to be completed accurately.
