Copy and paste data from individual files in to master template

Looking for someone to copy and paste labels from one word document in to a master file.

There are 90 individual files which contain anywhere from 1 to 6 labels which literally only need to be copy and pasted to the master Word file.

IMPORTANT - the master file template has been designed to perfectly fit the label sizing to print. When copying and pasting the EXACT format has to be kept in terms of margins, spacing, line-height, font, font size etc to preserve this so I have no issues printing. I will require the administrator to do x1 page and then sent to me to check before completing the entire project, so I can ensure everything looks ok.

The font used in Calibri (Body), 11pt, line height 0.9px and this has to be kept when copying and pasting the data in. I have started the master file already with the first 7 documents pasted in, so you can see how to continue.

Where artists have not changed the original template text (see below example) then DO NOT paste those entries. Only paste information that has been changed from the below text to something else.
Do not copy any labels unedited which looks like this:

Artist display name
City, Country
Name of artwork 3
Description (photo / painting etc)
£price

Artist ID: 1234


There are 21 labels per sheet - do not adjust the margins. If any text is too long for the space allocated, please reduce the font size to make it fit but only on that line and keep the rest the same. I can't have any extra lines either, so if a sentence wraps down creating another line, reduce the font size to make it fit on x1 line.

There are 90 further individual documents to paste in and each one takes around 1-2 minutes to do so am allowing 4 hours for this project which is more than enough.

Please only take on this project if you are working on MIcrosoft Word on Windows. From experience anyone on a Mac using Word has issues with formats changing and I don't have time to deal with any issues since the project need to be completed ASAP.

Deadline is Friday 1st September 12pm - please do not apply unless you can make this deadline as the labels as for an exhibition so there can't be any delays or issues.
