Convert handwritten notes to word document

I have about 100 pages of notes I have handwritten from business books I have read and I would like someone to write them up onto a word document or something. I can take photos of the pages and then send them to you. I know you can use OCR software to convert from handwritten txt in a photo to text in a word document. I would like you to create an index for each books notes. I just took bullet points as I was reading so they are not diveded into chapters or anything so I would like you to come up with your own categories that you will use for the index. Please put freelancer in your application to show you have read this and understand. Good english is a necessity.
