Convert a PDF to Excel, and convert time columns to decimal

I need to convert a PDF system generated table (report) to Excel. The text in the PDF is already recognized (not an image).
The number of pages that will need to be converted is 1790.

A PDF Acrobat Pro or similar tools can convert the PDF to Excel, then you will need to (1) clean up the outcome, (2) an extra 2 columns as shown in the sample outcome (3) convert the 5 time columns to decimal (highlighted in the screenshot)
