Cognito Forms creation

I have a pro account on cognito forms and need about 7 basic forms creating for a small business to use to support their management system. The forms will be basic in nature and will need minimal workflow functionality.
I will supply the content for some of the forms but there are some generic ones I would like created that I can then adapt listed below:
- Near Miss report
- Incident report (ability to report an accident or incident ranging from a chemical spill to an information security breach)
- Accident report (personal accident at work)
- Non Conformance report

I would like to pay a basic amount for the above 4 forms to be made - should they be ok I will pay the same again for the additional forms to be made. Possibility to extend to some other basic administration work.
