Change PDF order form to editable file word/pdf or other

We have PDF document (not fully final version yet). This will be emailed to our customers and put on our website as a link so customers can order our product.
We would want this order from to be in a format that customers can easily fill it in and then send/email their amended form back to us i.e Word/ editable PDF etc? What ever is the safest way that customers would not have problems filling it in and sending it to us.
In its current format they can only post/scan it to us but we want them to be able to send it easily for us i.e as an attachment to an email. They are not required to sign the form.
We want the form to look professional and on brand as the current PDF- this is important.
