General information for the business: I am a private landlord with a small portfolio of rental properties 4 in total.
Description of excel work: I need a linked model where i can input changes in income / changes in costs so i can calculate real time profit. It needs to run for at least 10 years.
Also want to be able to add in costs as they are incurred month by month by property for end of year tax return. Needs to be simple and flexible so different scenarios can be modelled
