Basic Spreadsheet design/ formulation

I need a spreadsheet producing that can calculate how many hours a worker works per day from the inputted start and finsh time (minus 30 mins for unpaid break).

The spreadsheet will need to calculate daily worked times for upto 15 workers on each week day (mon, tues, weds, thurs, fri)

At the end of the week the spread sheet needs to calculate the total worked time for each worker.

The spreadsheet will also need to calculate the hours worked by all workers during that week. The total work hours will then need to be multiplied by our hourly rate (we will need to input this) and add vat seperately to come to a total chargeable cost for the a single week.

The above will be the 'master spread sheet' that we will send to our customer every week with an invoice

I will also need the master spread sheet to produce individual reports for each worker, these will act as a kind of pay slip for the worker and need to show the daily start and finish times, total daily hours worked, total hours worked per fortnight, total hours worked per fortnight multiplied by hourly rate (we will need to input this), then calculate/ show tax deductable on this figure (20% tax) to give a total net due for the fortnight. (workers get paid fortnightly).
