Experience Level: Entry

I'm looking for somebody to arrange group interviews for people to become part of a focus group. There are 90 applications and these applicants need to be rung and assigned a time slot that they will attend the group interview. The interviews will be taking place Monday-Tuesday next week, I'm looking for somebody who can arrange these in the next few days.
