We are called Sovereign Soul (SovereignSoul.network). We are a team of 4 and 2 years old.
We focus on helping people take better care of their finances and make changes to their life.
We are an online community of 99 members, and mainly use the tools
- Smartsuite (database)
- Telegram (where our community is)
- Kit.com (email suite)
- G suite (general documentation)
We like our company small. We enjoy having a community where we know EVERYONE.
We have coaching calls every other week, we know all our members lives and help them in many ways
We are two co founders who teach what we have done ourselves and still do
We have one employee who used to be a member herself
We want people to who want to work with us, this is not a job, it becomes more than that.
We are very flexible, but we move very fast. Being only two years old we know there is still work to do.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the main go to person who half of the community,
You will help with onboarding new members, questions from members,
You will help organise the calls we do (we do 7 calls a month)
Everything we do is documented, you will take ownership of those, improving them where necessary.
Every business has an engine, this role is an engine, alongside our other employee.
Two engines for two different parts of the business.
This role will also have 2 days a week where you will work in two very different businesses, not just one.
But this part if phase 2.
On camera (mic and video) you will deal with the team
But with the community, you will engage in written only (unless you wished to be more on camera, your choice).

You can work from anywhere
You can be from anywhere
Primarily we are based in Bali (Indonesia) and Vancouver Canada. So very different time zones.
BUT...you must be able to listen, speak, read and write English fluently.
You absolutely must have a microphone headset,
If we do interviews, you can't turn up without one, we are an online company and so being able to easily speak and listen to each other is important
If you wish to apply, begin your proposal with your favourite food and where you are from.
Make this your very first line of your offer, not the second line.
If you do not, then I'll assume you haven't read this listing or that you cant follow a basic process.
Which is a red flag of course and Ill reject the proposal
I have worked on PPH for nearly 15 years, I love it very much but I have zero tolerance for time wasters.
This is a full time job (part time maybe considered if that's all you have and really want to be part of the team)
I have allocated 6 weeks and a budget of 230 USD a week. It is an approximation.
