Adobe Letter Content Adapted

I have a scanned letter in PDF adobe, an some of the content needs to be deleted from it as I requested that it not contain certain information. Howver this has not been done and I do not have adobe editor to do it myself so am looking for someone to edit it how I need it to be - shouldnt take any more than an hour - so if you want a quick piece of work at a set price - just tell me you can do it and Ill send it
