Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? I'm currently looking for a dedicated freelance customer service representative to join our me. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently managing client inquiries, responding promptly to messages, handling incoming calls, and coordinating online meetings.
Duties:
- Responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing and organizing client communication channels effectively.
- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating online meetings with clients and my self.
- Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to clients to ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in using communication and scheduling tools.
Payment:
Compensation for this position is set at $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.
