Administration and Marketing work

We are looking for a freelance able to assist us with adm and marketing work remotely, delivering tasks montly on permanently basis.
You would be doing work for 3 different business all managed by the same manager.
You need to deliver work within deadlines and have excellent comunication.
Meetings will be via SKype once a week .
Tasks includes:
data input in excell
up date website
create content for news in website
create and and place advertizes in directories
bookeeping
photo croping
sms campaigns
e-letter campaign
place Advertise for recruiting
place News in the website
Reply emails enquires and recruiting
Approve testimonials
and others

Note: amount show total of 20 hours of work, however more hours might be needed and paid accordly
