Experience Level: Intermediate
I need an efficient and competent person to assist me in printing and posting documents in the UK. The documents range form 2 pages to 40 pages and vary and for each task an agreed price will be made prior to delivering the task.
Person needs to be UK based and have the ability to print (laser jet) and MUST be able to print PDFs and can make it to a post office and post the relevant documents.
The work is ad-hoc and the frequency will be perhaps 2-3 a week (some weeks more)
Must be well organised and have worked in an office or similar and engaged in similar activity.
The reason why i need this doing is because i am currently in Spain (for 3 months) and my business is in England and the documents need to be posted from the UK with the proof of postage retained and scanned.
All costs i.e. postage costs will be paid to you in advance and each task will usually include the following steps
1. I email you a document i.e. a 4 page letter
2. You print and put into envelope (full instructions will be in the email and / or via phone)
3. Travel to post office and acquire proof of postage (in some cases signed for)
4. Retain these and either scan or send via whatsapp
5. Complete a spreadsheet of work done (example attached)
In some letter there will also a cheque need to be inserted of which i will supply you with some blank signed cheques for you to complete the rest
