Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
Take the information from email accounts, and enter into an Google sheet.
Take information from files on dropbox, and note on Google sheet
Need to be able to use dropbox on own machine, and set up email on your own machine. Great IT knowledge in these areas required, Excellent attention to detail.
Required Immediately to brief the job and set up.
Ongoing until Mid Sept, with a few hours per day, 3 times a week minimum. W/C 15th July every day.
Morning ideally, with flexibility on exact hours, as the amount of emails & reports would determine how long required.
The Admin is pre event organisation, so deadlines must be met by myself and there is no flexibility for me on this ( as events happen on a particular day) therefore if you can not work I need to know in advance, so i can cover the workload.
1) Speakers from an event will be sending in by email their pdf papers, with a deadline at end of week. So its as simple as identify email, save the pdf into correct file in dropbox, checking it is named correctly, then log this in a master excel sheet (saved in dropbox). Reply to email to say thank you and received. File email in folder
2) Download survey results from Polldaddy, note response on google sheet. Compile list of who is missing to then chase by email.
Occasional email can be accessed by webmail, however this is not ideal due to functionality
Please note its important you are familiar and competent to set up dropbox, email and google sheets , excel. It is important you have the latest office 2016. Must have a good internet connection.
Oh and did I say Attention to detail must be spot on, cross reference, query something that is not expected etc.
