A non-technical role for a small IT support company. Experienced admin assistant to answer calls and respond to emails on our support desk, log and manage CRM tickets and follow up with customers.
As we need 9 to 5:30 cover there will be quiet periods so any experience with generating sales leads and marketing campaigns would be beneficial.
Looking for someone UK based who can hit the ground running and available for an induction early next week. To cover period 13th October to 22nd October (Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day).
