I'm looking for a part-time, experienced, reliable marketing admin support assistance to help me with a variety of tasks relating my new creative business.
Ideally someone who is London based for the occassional F2F meeting and secure transfer of paperwork.
Hours will be varied - but should increase as the business moves forward.
Hourly rate/daily rate options will be discussed upon receiving proposals/CVs.
Ideally someone super organised who is self-sufficient and copes well with autonomy will be interested in this opportunity. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in an SME marketing assistant or marketing PA role, with hands on experience (or willingness) to learn more about social media and sales.

Example of activities:
Organising the existing content and making suggestions for a new website layout based on successful layouts on the web today.
Liaising with the web developer and graphic designer to ensure ideal images are created and deadlines are met.
Attemntion to detail, consistency, spelling and gramma is important. Proofing copy.
Setting up an appropriate cost effective/efficient process for publishing website, blog and social media content - particularly focused on FB & LinkedIn with the intention of generating sales leads.
Carrying out competitor research.
Researching facts and information for social media.
No email inbox management required.

Flexible working hours and arrangements.
For the right candidate I will offer performance related *bonus payments on an ad hoc basis - offered at *discretion
