Accurate data entry - copy data from c.600 business cards over to Excel

I need basic information transferred from business cards over to excel.
I will supply (not scanned) the business cards and estimate there to be around 600 or so.
I need the info typed under specific column headers which I will supply.
I need *very* high accuracy.

The information to be captured is: title, first name, surname, job title, company name, address (1), address (2), town, postcode, country, telephone, email, website.

Please provide:
1) your proposed start date.
2) your fee per 100 cards.
3) please confirm that you will be able to supply the completed spreadsheet as specified above within a week of being awarded the job - the maximum number of business cards involved is 600.
4) please also allow for re-packing and returning the original cards to me within a week of delivering the completed spreadsheet (i.e. within 2 weeks of being awarded the job).
5) please confirm that you will *NOT* be using a scanner (the accuracy is not high enough for me).
5) please provide a written undertaking that the information on the business cards will not be used or passed on to anyone else.

Note: the work will be awarded on a combination of quality and price factors with more weight for quality, so do include information on your suitability to undertake this job.
