Description of support work: I need to have a scheme that can be applied to give sales incentives and commissions for the sales staff and other employees in the company who get sales leads
I need something that make sense and dont make the company pay high incentives and not make profits from the sales orders.
I am looking for a scheme that covers all possible scenarios s=for example:
1- someone who get the deal directly by him self.
2- Someone who get a deal from a referral from another colleague in the company, in that case how much the person who gave the referral will get and how much will the person who worked on the closing the deal will get.
3- Incentive from cross selling to a customer that is not his customer or not his account
