Hourly rate: £12-13 per hour
Start date: Yesterday .... or mid-April
Our company needs a very strong administrator who is able to hold their own, liaise with utilities companies on behalf of their clients, and get the data needed. Your entire responsibility in this role is to find the right people to speak with inside these utility companies and then find out the right info such as meter readings when the last tenant moved out or date of a particular payment etc.
You don't give up easily and love getting to the bottom of things. You'd be supporting this company's clients who trust them with their procurement processes, and so you will play a key role in their team.
The role can be based from home, however, we'd really like to hear from you if you're able to work from their Chancery Lane office once or twice a week. If you're able to develop relationships with the small team there, you may enjoy the role more and be able to be more effective.
However, you could work from home too!
Key skills and personality traits needed for this role:
Sales and support administrator - very hands-on
Strong communication skills
Doesn't back down or give up until you get the info you need (stubbornness is good in this role)
Loves working autonomously
Thrives within small teams
Excellent written English
Able to get to Chancery Lane, London with ease and happy to work from home too
Extra notes: Interviews will be as soon as you get your CV across to us. Our team are doing the initial phone interviews and online testing.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
