BEE Midtown is an industry-leading and award-winning organisation, managing two dynamic Business Improvement Districts (BID) in central London, including: Holborn, Clerkenwell, St Giles, Farringdon and Bloomsbury. We are the collective voice of over 400 businesses; from global stalwarts, to local start-ups and everything in-between. Our work involves bringing the people and businesses of Midtown together to drive long-term sustainable, commercial and social growth. Projects include improving city sustainability, the Midtown Big Ideas Exchange, Discovery Walks and Rooftop Bee Keeping, to name but a few.
We’re looking for a capable, self-managing, Accounts Development Executive to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. You’ll be working with our Chief Executive to ensure that we’re delivering maximum value to our clients, with key responsibilities including:
• Working with the Tele-Accounts Executive to attend and conduct meetings
• Managing BEE Midtown’s relationships with member businesses
• Communicating how member businesses get maximum value from BEE Midtown
• Achieve and maintain full working knowledge of all the company’s work and delivery
• Obtain and study information about clients
• Answer customers' questions
• Monitor, review and report on key performance indicators
• Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
Key skills required include:
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to build close relationships with a wide range of client types
• Competent users of technology
• Strong time management skills
