Kind of support: Computer Repair
Description of support work: We have moved offices and now unable to scan.
Previously our printer was connected to a router where our computers were also connected to, the setup was carried by an IT guy (not available now) and we could scan no problem.
As we moved the router changed (this new office has internet and the ports are on the walls, so cant see the actual routers) we are not able to scan, the scan should be sent our email and each computer.
If you can assist, please bid.

It's probably an IP address issue. Where in UK are you? This may require a site visit and I want to quote appropriately.

the last time it was done via TeamViewer and I think it can be done via that again, but we are in London SW16
