Description
Experience Level: Entry
I own a Residential Care Home down in Devon. We have a proprietary Care Management System and I have bolted on all sorts of tools to manage those parts of our business not covered by the CMS. One part is the management of inventory, repairs (and incidentals) of all our rooms. This started as a simple, one page spreadsheet 15 years ago for which I was the only user. Since then it has grown and now most of my staff (of 25) use it; and that's where the problem lies. I am getting a lot of rubbish in because most staff remain somewhat intimidated by Excel and find navigation difficult. The workbook comprises >30 sheets but virtually no functionality, purely data recording. I have a small budget as the supplier of the CMS intends to build this functionality into their system within the next 24 months, so this is very much an interim solution. Is this something that might be of interest? If it is I can send ou a copy of the workbook for your feedback and to secure a quote.

Hello,
What is the budget and deadline?
Best Regards,
ChanakaIan D.21 Sep 2017Not the best first questions to try to engage a customer!! It helps to show some interest in what they are trying to achieve first, not what's important to you!!
