Description
Experience Level: Entry
The Daily Collection Sheet in excel format.
1. Loan duration can be 90 days, 100 days, 150 days and 180 days
2. Loan Amount/100days
3. Example of a 100 days loan – there is no collection on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore the daily payment from Mondays through Fridays is adjusted as follows P10,000/100 days = P100 a day. Weekly, clients are supposed to pay 700(100x 7days) since we collect from Mondays through Fridays we collect daily (700/5)=P140 per day.
4. Weekly Payment – in this case, P10,000/100 days = P100 a day. Multiply by 7days in a week the client pays P700/- weekly on a specified date which corresponds with the start date. For example, if the client received his loan on Monday he will pay on every Mondays.
5. Arrears is the number of days outstanding which can activate the Penalty to be charged.
6. Due for the day – shall include outstanding arrears by the number of days outstanding.
7. Penalty – is P50 a day.
8. Remaining Balance – are an outstanding balance of the total loan amount.
The excel dashboard must be able to cater for different loan periods. For example, loans may be having duration of 90 days or 100days for different clients.
