I need 2 basic Tableau dashboards showing basic Actuals vs Forecast summary by media type, network brand and client.
Both data sources are in flat Excel file.
Data Source 1: Actuals
Data Source 2: Forecast
1st dashboard should be prepared using ‘'Append' data sources methodology.
2nd dashboard should be prepared using ‘Blend’ data sources (via ‘Edit relationships) methodology.
For this, I’ve highlighted the ‘related’ columns in both data sets – but feel free to ask if unclear.
Both dashboards should show 3 very basic tables comparing actuals vs forecast by media type, network brand and client. The dashboards should be showing the same information (you need to ensure the totals match) - just created using 2 different methodologies.
For both dashboards, I need step-by-step guide how this was created (ie. dummies guide), as well as notes on the differences in workflow and behaviour between the two methodologies.
Please make sure it’s prepared in Tableau Desktop version 10.5 and saved as packaged workbook.
For an experienced BI analyst, it should take less than an hour to put this together as I really need very basic dashboards. What I really need is 'the guides' on how to create both dashboards from scratch.
Please specify in your proposal your experience with Tableau/BI and how quick you can deliver this project.
I need a really quick turnaround on this and will provide the data sets once we've agreed the details.
