Description of consulting work: I need someone to do a comparison of the rates an investor would receive if s/he invested money into a buy to let property, vs the return s/he would get if investing in shared ownership properties through my company.
I have an investment product in mind, but I have seen evidence that my product doesn't give good enough returns compared with buy-to-let investment. This is essentially the problem I'm trying to solve. On that basis, I'd need a few variables looking at to understand how we can model the product for my company gives to ensure returns in line with buy to let.
I need someone who
- has excellent ability to produce financial modelling
- is great with numbers
- has excellent attention to detail, and ability to cross-check their own work
- has the ability to consult and make suggestions/provide direction - i.e. not a junior data analyst please
Bonus points if you have knowledge of the buy-to-let investment sphere; property crowdfunding; or fintech.
