We are looking for a Sale and Development manager to join the FouGen team. Must have past sales experience, preferable B2B and B2C. FouGen was founded in 2011 and is now growing at a fast rate. We are based in Mayfair central London, however, currently looking for remote working 3 days a week. In addition, you must be able to come down to the office or attend meetings when need be.

Core Objectives
1) Delivering our FouGen Employment workshops which include (CV re-edits for candidates, Interview preparation for our candidates, and connecting them with our live vacancies)
2) Sale our in-house recruitment service to clients. We charge a set fee to headhunt and find the right candidate.
Price structure
(a)Senior - Level roles £1500 (senior manager director )
(b)Intermediate - Level roles £1000( manager team leader sales )
(c)Entry-level £500 (admin customer service social media ect)
(d)CSR NEET'S programme - £250 (work experience, apprenticeships ect)
10% of all recruitment service is donated to our partner The Prince's Trust
3) Sale our CSR initial to councils - we run bespoke campaigns to local councils to support their children service department using our network, that provides development opportunities
4)Cold call new clients (employers and recruiters) to introduce our job board in which we offer a one-off free post followed up.
5)Write up sales informative campaigns to attract a new business new talent pool
