General information for the business: We are a high tech engineering design centre 2 minutes from London Victoria
Industry: Art and Design
Accounting software: Excel
Description of support work: Using our internal SharePoint PO ledger, raising POs, reconcilling invoices, liaising with clients, service providers and our Head Office in Boston where the bills are paid. All invoice and expense related queries and processing.
General admin duties as and when required to support the Operations Manager.
We are looking for 10 hours per week to start, 5 of those hours must be on a Friday (as the Operations Manager does not work on this day and requires cover).
£18 per hour, freelance, this must include VAT and expenses.
Extra notes: We are a fast past hugely successful company based 2 mins from London Victoria.
We design new kitchen and floor-care products for our American parent company. A fantastic office and workshop, very high tech, young and vibrant offices, this would suit a person with great general office and accounts experience, young eager and motivated.
Super IT skills, can demonstrate all the advanced stuff on EXCEL, produce charts and spreadsheets that monitor expenses and invoices.
To start as soon as possible for 10 hours per week, may increase or decrease but we would ask that you can commit to this project ongoing, there is training required and given so please only apply if you can commit to a longer term contract.
