Description
Experience Level: Expert
Description of support work: I opened a LTD company within England and Wales in 2013 and I have full ownership.
The company has an income of £3200-£3500 per month.
For the next coming year 2013, I am planning to apply for a mortgage which will serve as my residence.
I need to know if I am allowed by law to make monthly payments of £3000 from the company's account to my personal bank account.
In this way, next year I can show to the mortgage broker that I have a steady income and I can afford to pay my mortgage.
If I decide to pay myself a salary, will I still be considered self-employed?
When the company pays to me the salary of £3000 a month, does it have to pay in addition to this any taxes to the HMRC or the employee is responsible for paying the taxes to HRMC himself?
Extra notes:
