Basic 2 page App that grabs location and time data

I need a simple app made that grabs location data of the user and records a time.

App loads and shows screen with the words "Welcome to my App" and an Enter button which when pressed takes you through to the second screen. It also requires the user to enter their username above the enter button. This is required to progress to the second screen.

On the 2nd screen, the users sees a stop watch and a button saying start.

When the user clicks start, it takes the Lat and Lon of the users current location and stores it. It also starts the timer which is constantly viewable.
The text on the button becomes "stop".



When the click the stop button, it stops the timer and it grabs the lat and Lon of the users location again and the time length from the timer and the username the entered on the 1st screen.

It then posts the 1st lat and Lon location and the 2nd lat and Lon location and the recorded time and the username to a predefined web address.

All you will need is to use the code that is already built into the design template and add the extra code I need. That can be done in a day or 2 with very little coding.
