Backend CRM LMS for Wordpress Site

General information for the website: Real Estate CRM LMS for Wordpress Site
Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a professional company that can develop a web based CRM which connects to a wordpress site.

We have a template from themeforest that you can use to help design this CRM so most of the design work is already done.

You must also develop a forced lead capture page so when user tries to view a home on our site the lead automatically goes into the CRM.

So the CRM and wordpress real estate site must be connected.

Also there must be an easy way to setup the wordpress site with the CRM due to the fact that we are giving free trials. If we can do auto setup of both on our subdomain and create user/passwords for both automatically that would be ideal.

Features of the CRM include

Email system to connect email account and send/receive emails. I'd like to connect Gmail and yahoo accounts but if not possible we can integrate mailchimp or similar free email system

Newsletter Templates for Email

Statistics of site, where did traffic come from, where did lead come from. Also need to track which homes users are viewing and what price range and show average price and location of home on main lead management page

Lead Management System organization of leads, recent activity, homes viewed by location and price, last contact, date acquired

Lead distribution (there will be two types of accounts brokers and agents). If there is no broker associated with the account it will just be agent account. If there is broker account they will be able to distribute leads to agent accounts based on price or location

Calender basic calender to schedule appointments etc

Lead notification notifies of new leads by e-mail, if we can connect text message notification of new lead that would be good not sure how we can implement this
