- What content should the AI assistant use as its knowledge source, and in what format is it currently available? For example, will it retrieve answers from PDFs, Word documents, website pages, FAQs, databases, or a combination of these?
- What capabilities would you like the admin dashboard to provide beyond basic content management? Should administrators be able to upload documents, manage AI knowledge sources, monitor AI conversations, review user activity, manage permissions, and access analytics on chatbot usage and search performance?
- What level of AI functionality are you expecting in the first version? Should the assistant simply answer questions from your knowledge base, or should it also summarize documents, generate recommendations, support conversational memory, or assist users with specific workflows related to your business?

Hello Mr. Ovey M,
Will the AI assistant rely solely on your internal knowledge base (RAG), or should it also answer using general LLM knowledge when relevant?
