We're InterCity Packers and Movers, a relocation company operating across major metro cities in India. Our website (intercitypackermover.com) is an established, SEO-driven lead generation site, and we want to add AI-powered tools to it — built properly, without disturbing what already ranks.

What we need built:

AI moving cost estimator — user enters city pair, home size (1BHK/2BHK/3BHK/villa), floor level, lift availability, and add-ons like vehicle transport or storage; returns an instant estimated range and captures the lead on submission. Output must be exclusive of GST and clearly labelled as an estimate, not a final quote.
Conversational enquiry assistant — qualifies visitors, answers common questions about services and coverage, and routes serious enquiries to WhatsApp or our enquiry inbox.
API integration — OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar, with keys handled server-side, sensible rate limiting, and a graceful fallback (static enquiry form) when the API is down.

Critical constraints:

Our site ranks for competitive local keywords across multiple city pages. Existing JSON-LD schema (MovingCompany, FAQPage, LocalBusiness) must not be broken or duplicated.
Core Web Vitals cannot regress. Mobile page speed matters more than feature richness here.
The estimator must not invent claims — no fabricated ratings, no guaranteed pricing. It quotes ranges only, from logic we supply.
Clean integration into existing static HTML/CSS/JS. No framework rewrite of the site.

Who we're looking for:

Strong JavaScript, plus real experience wiring LLM APIs into production front-ends
Backend competence (Node.js, PHP, or Python) for server-side key handling — we will not accept keys exposed client-side
Working understanding of technical SEO and structured data
Clear written English and responsive communication

Nice to have:

Prior work on Indian service-business or lead-generation sites
WhatsApp Business API experience

How to apply:

Two or three live links to AI features you've actually shipped — not tutorials or clones
Your approach to keeping API costs predictable as traffic scales
Your estimated timeline for the cost estimator alone, as milestone one
Your rate, hourly or fixed

    Hi, I have a good understanding of the project, particularly the need to add the AI functionality without affecting your existing SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, or static site architecture. I just have a few questions to make sure the implementation approach and Milestone one are aligned:

    1. Pricing logic: Will you provide the complete pricing/rate logic for each city pair, home size, floor level, lift availability, and add-ons, or should I help structure this logic from your existing pricing data?
    2. Current website setup: Is the existing site entirely static HTML/CSS/JS, or is there any PHP/backend layer currently available that we can use for secure API requests and lead handling?
    3. Lead capture: Where should estimator submissions be delivered—your existing enquiry inbox/CRM, WhatsApp, email, or a combination of these?
    4. AI feature examples: For the required live examples, would you prefer links demonstrating similar production AI estimators/chat assistants specifically, or are other production LLM integrations acceptable?
