AI Video Creator Needed for TikTok, Instagram & Facebook Ads)

We are a UK-based FCA-regulated mortgage and property finance firm looking for a skilled AI video creator to produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

The goal is to generate high-quality leads for:
• First-time buyers
• Property investors (buy-to-let / SPV / bridging)
• Homeowners looking to remortgage

What we need:
• Creation of short-form AI videos (15–45 seconds)
• Use of AI avatars, voiceovers, captions, and stock footage
• Strong hooks in the first 3 seconds (very important)
• Content optimised for engagement + lead generation
• Ability to repurpose content across platforms

Requirements:
• Experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content
• Understanding of TikTok / Instagram algorithms
• Fast turnaround (minimum 5–10 videos per week)
• Ability to follow FCA-compliant messaging (no misleading claims)

Bonus (not essential but preferred):
• Experience in finance / property niche
• Ability to suggest content ideas and trends
• Experience with CapCut, Runway, Pictory, Synthesia or similar tools

Deliverables:
• 5–10 videos per week
• Caption suggestions for each video
• Optional: hooks / scripts provided OR created by you
