Experience Level: Expert
I am currently exploring the development of a fully automated accountancy practice and am looking for an experienced developer or AI automation specialist to assist with the project.
I have reviewed Claude Code and would like to use it as part of the development, together with prompt-based automation tools and integrations. I have already designed the proposed platform, workflows and overall functionality, and I am now trying to find the right person to help build and implement it.
The aim is to automate as much of the accountancy business as possible, including client onboarding, document collection, workflow management, accounts and tax preparation, client approvals, communications and administrative tasks, while retaining appropriate human review and approval controls.
Please let me know whether you have experience with Claude Code, AI agents, workflow automation or building platforms for accountancy or other professional service businesses. I would also be interested to understand whether you would be able to undertake a project of this nature.

    Hi Jai,

    Since you've already mapped the platform and workflows, would you like Claude Code and the AI agents to orchestrate the end-to-end accountancy processes while integrating with your existing accounting and document systems, or are you aiming to build a standalone platform where the automation layer owns the entire workflow from client onboarding through final approval?

    We'd appreciate if you could clarify a few points:

    • Have you already completed the platform architecture, user flows, or UI designs?

    • Which accounting software or practice management systems will need to be integrated?

    • Are there any existing workflows or systems that will be migrated?

    • Which AI models do you plan to use in production (Claude only, or a combination of Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)?

    • Do you envision this as an internal platform or a multi-tenant SaaS solution?

    • Would you be able to share your existing documentation, workflows, or technical specifications? If confidentiality is a concern, we're happy to sign an NDA before reviewing any project documentation.
