Job Description:
We are looking for a N8N- Zapier automation expert to build a simple workflow:
Loop A (Lead Gen): Apify Scraper → Google Sheets (Lead Tracker) → AI Outreach.
Loop B (Collections): Website Webhook (New Invoice) → Google Sheets (Master Tracker) → AI Reminders (Soft/Polite/Firm) → Payment Confirmation → Remittance Advice.
● Client submits overdue invoice info via Google Form.
● N8N- Zapier sends the form data to OpenAI GPT to generate a polite reminder email.
● N8N- Zapier then sends the email via SendGrid (or Gmail).
● Simple logging/tracking setup (Google Sheets or Airtable).
