Goal: Implement GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to capture, qualify, and follow-up with leads automatically from our website and marketing channels. Ensure smooth integration with our existing WordPress site and make small design/function changes if needed.
Scope of Work
1. GoHighLevel Setup & Automation
Set up GoHighLevel account for Plan A Build.
Create lead capture forms with qualifying questions (Name, Phone, Email, Postcode, Project Type, Budget, Ideal Start Date).
Integrate forms and chatbot into the existing WordPress website.
Configure instant follow-up automations:
SMS within 1 minute of lead submission.
Email confirmation with company info & booking link.
Missed call text-back system.
Set up online booking calendar (sync with Google Calendar).
Create automated appointment reminders (24 hrs and 1 hr before meeting).
Build sales pipeline in GHL:
New Lead → Contacted → Quote Sent → Quote Accepted → In Progress → Completed → Review/Referral Request.
Create 3-day nurture sequence for unconverted leads (mix of SMS & email).
Set up post-job review request automation with Google Review link & referral incentive.
2. Website Integration (WordPress)
Embed GHL forms and chat widget into the current site.
Ensure site speed, design, and mobile usability are not affected.
Make small changes if needed for better conversion (e.g., adding “Get a Free Quote” buttons, repositioning contact forms).
3. Tracking & Reporting
Configure tracking to identify lead sources (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Organic).
Set up reporting dashboard inside GHL showing leads, conversions, and ROI by channel.
Deliverables
Fully functioning GoHighLevel setup integrated with WordPress.
Automated SMS, email, and booking workflows live and tested.
Pipeline management board created & ready to use.
Post-job review system in place.
1-hour video walkthrough of how to use and update the system.
Requirements
Proven experience with GoHighLevel/LeadConnector CRM setup & automation.
Skilled in WordPress (Elementor or similar) for form/widget integration.
Experience in service business lead automation.
Ability to complete the setup within 7–10 days.
Excellent communication skills.
