Seeking an automation specialist to build a seamless AI lead-to-voice routing system using Make.com and Twilio. Deliverables: a web form for businesses to request a call; automated outbound Twilio calls that bridge each lead instantly to my mobile; logging of all submissions into a Google Sheet. Objective: a reliable "Speak to Human" button that connects leads to my phone immediately. Must be implemented with no-code tools and prior Make.com/Twilio experience is required. Fixed budget R2,000.

    Hi Sello, before designing the workflow I’d like to understand whether the “Speak to Human” routing needs simple instant call bridging only, or if you also want fallback handling such as missed-call retries, voicemail routing, business-hours logic, and lead prioritization? Also, are you expecting the Make.com scenario to remain entirely no-code/manageable by your team afterward, or would lightweight custom webhook/API scripting be acceptable where reliability or Twilio call control requires it?
